More traffic woes for west-end residents: Turcot work to last four years

So what’s the answer for Montreal’s traffic problems. Mayors Coderre and Beis have a wonderful plan. Destroy the last remaining eco-territory on the Island and build 6000 homes with about 10,000 new cars. This way cars will no longer be able to move due to the unprecedented traffic congestion and everyone will need to walk to work…if they can still breath the polluted air.
