I hope the Charbonneau Commission takes a good close look at this one but it really stinks. The government paid over $8 per square foot for poor quality wetlands which are now going to be sold but the current developer apparently paid only $3.20 per square foot for much higher quality land? Are you kidding me?
This follows the Duchesneau announcement. Whether you like him or not, he’s right about corrupt Quebec politicians and the local construction industry – right up there with Nigeria.
